Privacy notice

We store statement files and extracted rows in India (Mumbai) only, and process them there.

Email, error tracking and analytics receive IDs only, never statement content.

Content is deleted on the retention schedule your firm sets (default 30 days after export). Logs of who did what are kept for at least one year, as the DPDP Rules require.
